Liquidity Provision (Farming)

Easy Liquidity Provision

Liquidity refers to the amount of a token pair available for users to trade against. Market participants provide liquidity in exchange for rewards in the protocol’s native token. Liquidity provision drives growth and activity within crypto protocols. Supplying liquidity to pools is commonly called liquidity mining or liquidity farming.

Within the OruxAI ecosystem, users can seamlessly provide liquidity to supported pools (e.g., ORUX–ETH) through the OruxAI front-end UI. This interface is built on top of the Uniswap DEX, which manages the back-end operations of the pools.

Through the OruxAI UI, users can:

  • Contribute assets to liquidity pools to earn rewards.

  • Manage and monitor liquidity positions in real time.

  • Track the oPulse earned from farming activities.

  • View both expected and accumulated rewards from a single, integrated dashboard.

This streamlined experience enables users to actively farm tokens while monitoring their progress and rewards without leaving the platform.

Locking Liquidity Tokens

The logarithmic infinite weighted reward split mechanism allows users to boost liquidity depth for specific $ORUX trading pairs on decentralized exchanges while earning additional $ORUX rewards for providing liquidity. This is achieved by staking or locking $ORUX tokens along with liquidity pool (LP) tokens.

When contributing liquidity, participants must provide equal quantities of $ORUX tokens and the corresponding paired token.

For reward and tier calculations, the amount of underlying $ORUX tokens tied to the LP tokens is counted twice.

Example: If a participant contributes 1,000 $ORUX at a rate of 1 ORUX = 1 USDC, they add:

  • 1,000 $ORUX

  • 1,000 USDC to the pool.

The participant then stakes or locks the LP tokens in the designated vault, enhancing liquidity for that pair.

As a result, the staked $ORUX balance is recorded as double the redeemable amount of $ORUX tied to the LP tokens, further incentivizing liquidity provision and boosting a user’s oPulse Tier progression.
