Guaranteed Allocations

The OruxAI IDO launch mechanism consists of two types of rounds:

  1. Whitelist Rounds: consisting of the Guaranteed Allocation Whitelist and the Lottery Whitelist.

  2. First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Round.

This section covers guaranteed allocations, which ensure that a predetermined portion of the IDO is reserved and distributed to the OruxAI user base.

Since IDO fundraising targets vary, the ratio between guaranteed whitelist allocations and lottery whitelist allocations will also vary. This guarantees that users in guaranteed tiers always receive their allocation share.

Example 1:

  • Guaranteed tier holders are entitled to $150,000 per IDO.

  • If the IDO raises $1,000,000, then 15% is allocated to guaranteed tiers and 85% to lottery tiers.

Example 2:

  • Guaranteed tier holders are again entitled to $150,000 per IDO.

  • If the IDO raises $400,000, then 37.5% is allocated to guaranteed tiers (150,000 ÷ 400,000 = 37.5%), with the remaining 62.5% allocated to lottery tier holders.

While the percentages may differ depending on the raise, the mechanism of funneling the remaining allocation to lottery tier holders will remain consistent.

Distribution Process

Allocations are distributed based on a user’s oPulse score, beginning with those who hold the highest scores, then proceeding through the remaining whitelisted users. This distribution process continues in cycles until the full guaranteed allocation amount has been distributed to all eligible tier holders.

Specific Rules

If a user is not registered or whitelisted for an IDO, the allocation does not automatically pass to the next participant. To qualify, a user must also have accrued the required oPulse to reach Tier 4 or higher.
